Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Mowellens™ purchase. All products purchased on Mowellens™ website carry a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee. The 14-day window starts on the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the unused portion and, depending on the circumstances, we can either offer store credit or refund. If we receive the returned product within 14 days, we will issue a refund. Please note that we not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility.
Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 48 hrs. Please contact us with a full description of the damages to the product(s).Please contact us directly with questions about returns or refunds.
