Makes: 4 lattes
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
- 2 teaspoons matcha
- 4 – 8 drops Inner Peace
Add hemp seeds, water, salt, vanilla and maple syrup in a high-speed blender and process for 1 minute. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag and discard the remains.
Heat the milk to warm and whisk in the matcha and Inner Peace. Divide into 4 cups, serve, and enjoy!
